What Materials are the dolls made from?

Medical Grade TPE or Silicone. Both of these materials are safe, soft to the touch like a real human and realistic. Due to the elastic and flexible nature of these materials they are highly durable for long-lasting use. TPE is a softer and more affordable material while silicone is more realistic and slightly more hygienic. There is a common saying among sex doll owners ‘TPE feels better but Silicone looks better’. If proper care is exercised, they can last for years and silicone dolls can last for decades. Mixing the two is also possible with our very popular TPE body and Silicone head. This allows customers to get the best of both worlds and at a lower cost than full silicone dolls.

How are the genitals? How will the sex feel like?

Where it lacks in emotion it makes up in feeling. The sexual experience provided by a love doll will almost always be superior to that of a human being. Sex dolls can be bent in almost any position and hold it for hours. The vagina can expand or tighten depending on the positions of the thighs. You can do almost anything you desire and the possibilities are practically limitless. But how good the sex will feel also depends on the type of doll, the preparation, lube, positions or others things like: the bed or place where the sex happens. For the best possible experience we recommend sex doll furniture like inflatable pillows or sex swings. As far as the look or feel of the genitals - they are called realistic sex dolls for a reason.

Using a high quality water-based lubricant is the most important. Here are other tips:
1. Purchase a doll with a "removable" vagina for easy cleaning.
2. For a fixed vagina, an enema kit or adaptable shower hose is great to clean all holes.
3. Keep your doll dry after washing
4. When using powder or oil it's best to hang your doll first.
5. For cleaning the face or small body parts: baby wipes and a spray bottle (cold water)
6. Use a male or female condom during sex to contain fluid.
7. Ejaculating inside the mouth will be easier to clean (and the head is changeable)
8. Use a sex swing or waterproof bed sheets

1. Your doll should be cleaned before its very first use.
2. Dolls should be cleaned monthly if not stored away from dust.
3. We recommend cleaning your doll’s genitals directly after every use.
4. We recommend TPE dolls be oiled every month

How are the doll’s eyes? Can they be changed to a different color?

Doll's eyes can be removed very easily for cleaning or to change them for a different color. These recommendations are specific to TPE dolls.

1. Lay the doll on a stable surface and keep it well balanced and positioned.
2. Gently and carefully pull the eyelids apart (Up and down, not left and right) with one hand, without touching the eyelashes or make-up.
3. With the other hand, remove the eye and remove all the packing.
4. “Scrunch” the packing tightly into the new eye socket.
5. Once again pull the eyes apart
6. With the other hand, pop the new eye into the socket.
7. It’s only awkward at first

How to remove stains?

Silicone dolls rarely stain. These recommendations are specific to TPE dolls.

1. Darker colors, black wet synthetic materials or patterns may cause discoloration to your doll and can be difficult or even impossible to remove.
2. Most stains are caused by either dark clothing that is brand new or colorful materials that can leech on to your doll. Use natural materials.
3. Do not try to remove the stain by adding heat (like a steamer or hot wash cloth).
4. Please use a specific TPE stain remover
5. In future - take care to avoid stains by washing new dark clothes before dressing your doll and being extra careful where you place her.
6. Do not leave black or dark colored clothing on her for extended periods of time
7. The tighter the dark colored clothing the higher the chance of staining

Follow these tips for re-attaching the eyelashes. These recommendations are specific to TPE dolls.

1. Lay your doll down flat, facing upwards.
2. Apply a small amount of glue to a paperclip, or some other “tool” with a fine tip. We recommend stainless steel.
3. Pull the eyelash gently back and apply glue to the back of the eyelash (not the doll) and allow it to go "tacky" for a moment before pressing on.
4. Hold the ends of the eyelash and press it carefully into the position you want it to stick.
5. Hold for 30 seconds and let go.
6. Leave your dolls eye to dry for 30 - 60 minutes.

These recommendations are specific to TPE dolls.

1. Lay the doll in flat on its back facing upwards, good idea to put a cloth under the hand in case of glue spillage.
2. Align the (loose) fingernails that have fallen off with the bare fingernails without glue first. This is so you can work out which fingernail matches which finger.
3. Once you have selected your fingernail, apply a thin and even layer of glue on the bare fingernail area on your dolls hand. Ensure the area is clean and dry first, free from any dirt or powder.
4. Do not over apply the glue, aim for an even yet thin covering. Avoid applying too much, causing it to spill outside the nail area.
5. Once aligned correctly, press and hold the nail on for 5 seconds – without touching any glue.
6. Excess glue is difficult to remove, so it’s best to avoid any spillages altogether. In the event of glue overspill, remove the glue immediately with a microfiber cloth and hot soapy water or an alcohol wipe.
7. To remove and change nails in future, gently and slowly pull off with a pair of tweezers away from the doll.
8. You can buy nail glue and replacement nails on Amazon or at a local pharmacy or supermarket.

These recommendations are specific to TPE dolls.

1. Ensuring your doll has dried completely is really important to limit the chance of mold & bacteria forming.
2. Pat-dry gently with a clean soft cotton cloth and allow the skin to air-dry fully.
3. Do not rub the doll vigorously with a towel; use a ‘patting’ motion if using a towel to dry. Apply corn starch (powder) to your doll’s body once dry.
4. Do not apply powder while your doll is still wet.
5. Apply corn starch (powder) to the doll’s body after cleaning, this preserves the skin and prevents damage from friction. It also prevents the skin from feeling slightly "sticky.
6. Apply powder to your doll every two weeks, or at a minimum- monthly (depending on use).
7. Do not apply any other substances on the skin, such as perfumes.

1. The wig should always be removed from the dolls head before cleaning.
2. It's easiest to clean in a small hand basin or even a bath is great if the hair is quite long.
3. Fill the basin with COLD water and add a coin sized squirt of soap to make a mini "bubble bath" for the wig.
4. You need to USE COLD WATER or you risk losing the style eg curls.
5. Submerge the wig and agitate it gently then leave for approx. 5mins to soak.
6. Drain the sink and rinse gently from top till the water runs clear - no bubbles.
7. We recommend combing the hair straight after cleaning, again from the bottom up.
8. Allow the wig to air dry on a wig stand or similar NOT ON HEAD. Any curls/style will bounce back.
9. Do not use hair products to style the hair, they may cause damage to the doll’s "skin" and face.

These recommendations are specific to TPE dolls.

1. Remove the head from the body.
2. Remove the wig if possible.
3. Apply warm antibacterial soapy water (no alcohol content) with a sponge or cotton cloth and gently massage the face.
4. Pay close attention not to damage the eyes and eyelashes, avoid getting these areas wet.
5. If you would like to remove the eyes prior to cleaning they are removable from the front by gently stretching the socket open, taking care not to damage the eyelashes.
6. Gently pat down the face with a dry non-abrasive cloth, allow to air dry naturally before re-attaching to the body.
7. Do not submerge your dolls head in water at any point.
8. Do not use abrasive soaps or any other cleaning products.
9. Do not use harsh materials or hard/sharp objects.
10. Do not apply too much pressure on the skin.
11. Never uses a hairdryer or any other heating device on your doll.
12. Do not attempt to speed up drying by leaving near a radiator/ fire or any other heating device.

These recommendations are specific to TPE dolls.

1. To clean any of the openings, we recommend using a water irrigator to spray into the opening, allowing the water to run out of the opening. You can use a shower-hose attachment if you prefer rather than the water irrigator enema kit provided but on a LOW gentle setting.
2. Alternatively, you can simply use a wet (soft) cloth to clean manually with tepid soapy water. Ensure you clean thoroughly, reaching all areas of the opening.
3. You can also clean the openings while showering or bathing your doll using your hand or a soft sponge.
4. Leave your doll standing/ hanging or lying face up so that the water can drip out after cleaning and drying fully.
5. With all methods of cleaning- leave your doll’s legs slightly open, so that the vagina and anus are open to the air, and can dry naturally. Don’t leave your doll's legs too far apart as this can cause damage at the seams over time.
6. Once the doll is completely dry, apply a small amount of Vaseline to the vagina and/or anus.
7. Do not use abrasive soaps or any other cleaning products.

These recommendations are specific to TPE dolls.

1. Start by removing any excess lubricant or body fluid with an alcohol free wet wipe or cloth. Remove the vaginal insert if applicable.
2. Always remove the wig to start with and clean this separately.
3. The insert can be washed in anti-bacterial warm soapy water in a sink and allowed to air dry thoroughly.
4. For the full doll it's safest to lay him/her on towels in a neutral position on your bed. Use a mix of regular antibacterial soap and clean warm water (1:5 mix) gently spray and massage the doll's skin with your hands or wipe down with a clean soft sponge/microfiber cloth. (Just like you would clean a real person).
5. You can shower or bathe your doll but it's not necessary and can be risky (and slippery!) see below.
6. If you do shower/bathe your doll - Try not to let the neck or head become too wet. This is to prevent rusting on any of the metal components particularly if water gets inside to the "skeleton". You can cover the metal areas with a plastic bag if you find this easier. Mind the bolts in feet if you have them too.
7. DO NOT spray a high pressure shower hose inside the doll as you risk water reaching the skeleton. Low trickle or use alternate methods like the irrigator provided or a squirting style, gym water bottle.
8. Do not use abrasive soaps or any other general cleaning products.
9. Do not use hard sponges or wire brushes as this will cause damage.
10. It's easiest to stand your doll on a bath matt and allow drying thoroughly.
11. Do not put the doll near an open fire or a radiator to dry.
