Doll Podium Shipping Partners: FedEx, DHL, EMS or UPS. Total Shipping time: 7 - 21 days. We only offer 7-day shipping from the warehouse stock dolls.
We package the head separately from the doll to avoid damage and make it easier to handle the already large and heavy package. Attaching the doll's head is very simple and easy.
Order processing takes 2-5 days for most podium and small dolls. For other categories or implanted hair the order processing can take 5-9 days.This is the time required for us to process your order and make your doll. If we ship faster the material of the doll might become damaged. It also gives you an opportunity to cancel the order if you desire to.
We offer fast and discreet shipping worldwide. It will be delivered to your door in 7 - 21 days after your order has been processed. Sometimes customers get their doll 2-5 days after ordering, especially in the USA, UK and Western Europe. But remote areas, certain parts of the EU or Russia is not possible because of the shipping companies and extremely slow, strict customs clearances.
For non-sex-doll orders like e.g. Sex Toys or Accessories, the shipping time can be as long as 3-6 weeks depending on your location and customs clearance.
We will update your order with tracking number after the doll is shipped. Tracking can be done 2-3 working days after it has been shipped. It can be tracked via our site or on the shipping companies profile. On the rare occasion, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email. Your doll will be delivered directly to your doorstep discreetly packaged in a blank box. A signature is required for delivery.
Sex Doll Import Duty, Tax, and VAT:
Prices you see on the website are included import Duties, Taxes & VAT. Exceptions are remote areas. Our Clearance Service will handle processing with customs. Therefore, shipments will arrive at your doorstep and your local custom will not be bothering you.
NEW SHIPPING LOCATIONS! Some dolls will only ship tax-free to certain countries. We have added new shipping locations to where we ship our dolls to. Now we ship to almost all countries where sex dolls are legal. Unfortunately, some of these locations have a very high shipping cost and customs tax duty. We cannot pay customs duties for locations like Canada or South America. This means that customers from these locations might need to pay extra, especially those in remote areas or locations. Returns & Refunds:
Please be aware that while we do accept returns and provide refunds, most sex doll stores do not due to the nature of the product. Any return or refund will significantly reduce the value of the doll, especially if that happens solely due to the customer.
If you have made the order by accident or wish to cancel it, please contact us as fast as possible. We pride ourselves with fast shipping so if you wish to cancel, please do it before we begin the production of your doll.
We have a 20% transaction fee (from your total order) for refunds that happen because of the customer. As we now have to sell the doll at a reduced 'cancelled' order price. And it might take months till someone wants the customizations you picked. This applies to orders that have not been shipped. If your order has been shipped, you will need to return the products with same packaging and in an unused condition to apply for a refund.
For small doll orders please read THIS. We do not accept returns, refunds for customs detaining or returning the product.
Returns accepted if product not as described or is defective (in accordance with Buyer Protection). In case of a return, the customer pays the return shipping fee. Or keep the product & agree to refund with the seller. There is a 14-day return period with your transaction (please note that in case of a return, the buyer needs to cover the cost of returning the products to the seller). We do not provide a refund if the customer buyer did not collect the package (for any reason). We are in no way responsible for the shipping companies or the customs clearances of the buyer's country.
Full Refund if you don’t receive your order.
Returns will be shipped either to our USA or EU warehouse or if it is the case to China. We will provide full details of the return method and address once you contact us.
